Corrections & right of reply
If a materially referenced organisation or individual believes that a factual statement is inaccurate, incomplete or missing important documentary context, they may submit a correction or supporting document for review.
The principle
Corrections do not silently overwrite history. When a statement changes, the change is logged below with its date, the page affected, the original issue, the correction or added context, and the source.

- The page and the exact statement concerned
- Why the statement is said to be inaccurate or incomplete
- Any documentary context that should be considered
- Whether a right-of-reply statement should be published
